Rep. Turner appointed to Davis Regional Board of Trustees

N.C. Rep. Rena Turner recently joined the Davis Regional Medical Center’s Board of Trustees.
Rep. Turner is currently serving her fourth term in the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 84 in Iredell County. She also has served as the Clerk of Superior Court in Iredell County. A native of Olin, she taught school for a number of years in Iredell-Statesville Schools.
Josh Snow, CEO at Davis Regional, said Turner was a welcome addition to the board.
"Rep. Turner is a much respected member of our state government as well as a beloved community member," Snow said in a news release. "She brings a strong business background and impressive list of accomplishments, and we are very pleased to welcome her to our board of trustees.”
