Tom Dooley CD Release Party

Frosty Friday: Musically Yours Wine & Music

Pickle Pairing featuring Tasty Pickles by Carson

When: Saturday, March 16, 1 to 5 p.m.
Where: Daveste Vineyard, 155 Lytton Farm Road, Troutman
Details: Add a little fun to your afternoon and support Carson, a South Iredell High School student who started his own pickle company last year. Complimentary pickles available to sample and purchase. Pickles include Bread and Butter, Sweet Dill, Sweet Heat, Spicy, Sour Dill and Kosher Dill. Regular charge of $7 for a craft beer flight.

A Beautiful Broken Dream: Live Music Featuring Steve Bonham & Rob McHale

When: Saturday, March 16, 3 to 5 p.m.
Where: Iredell County Public Library, 201 North Tradd Street, Statesville
Details: British author, songwriter, and award winning psychologist Steve Bonham is coming to America! Creator of over ten albums, two musicals, and several books, Steve is bringing his perspectives and guitar to America to present a free concert with North Carolina songwriter Rob McHale.

Eat, Drink & Be Irish - St. Patrick's Day Celebration

When: Saturday, March 16, 6 to 10 p.m.
Where: VFW, 139 Jordan Lane, Statesville
Details: ElderCenter's second annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration. Sponsored by Southern Distillery Thrivent & VFW Post. Dinner includes a traditional Shepherd's pie, cabbage, Irish bread and desserts. Cash bar for beer; bring your own liquor or wine. Participate in the 50/50 raffle and enjoy games and prizes, including Irish Trivia, Best Irish Dance, Best Irish Costume, Best Irish Accent, Best RedHead, Most Freckles, and Most Green Outfit. St. Patty’s / Easter Crafts at Daveste

Details: Hosted by Craft Night Out. Is your door boring? Join us for an evening of door hanger painting and wine while overlooking the beautiful Daveste Vineyard! Choose from over a hundred designs! One complimentary glass of wine, sangria or craft beer is included in the price. You are welcome to bring snacks with you. Boars Head meat and cheese plates will be available for purchase. The painting will take place under the pavilion with heaters and a fireplace! No artistic talent needed, experienced helpers on hand. This is not a BYOB event. $40 per person includes a complimentary glass of wine or craft beer, door hanger craft of your choice and all supplies.
