FROM STAFF REPORTS

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

JANUARY 30
► Frank Leo Ducharme, 44, of Mebane Street, Mooresville, charged with larceny, and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

► Mario Miguel Flynn, 41, of Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and misdemeanor sexual battery.

► Nigrilya Moneshe Harvey, 40, of Goldsboro, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

► Teva Ronquell Howell, 27, of Sailwinds Road, Mooresville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct a public officer.

► Jessica Morgan Strumpf, 32, of Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen firearm, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

JANUARY 31
► Michael Patrick Atkinson, 25, of Dellwood Drive, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.

► Mark Douglas Brumley, 34, of Union Road, Gastonia, charged with two counts of common law robbery and two counts of conspiracy.

► Shawnna Louise Moore, 27, of Taylorsville Highway, Stony Point, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

► Abigail Louise Osborne, 28, of Dogwood Hill Road, Taylorsville, charged with possession of heroin.
Thomas Brandon Starnes, 41, of Charlotte, charged with three counts of common law robbery and two counts of conspiracy.

► Jeremy Waid Thanavastien, 42, of Taylorsville Highway, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of heroin, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

FEBRUARY 1
► Alan Bruce Alexander, 54, of Central Drive, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.

► Brandy Marie Dawn Black, 24, of Dry Pond Lane, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

► Scotty Gerard Watts, 59, of Bost Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/failure to notify sheriff of address change.

► Bennie Reece Wiles Jr., 43, of Shady Rest Lane, Statesville, charged with sex offender/failure to notify sheriff of changes to online ID.

FEBRUARY 2
► Joseph Wayne Martin, 29, of Oak Creek Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

► Ashlie Ann Natali, 34, of Shiloh Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

FEBRUARY 3
► Daniel Brian Fannon, 27, of Seattle, Wash., charged with sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and felony possession of marijuana.

FEBRUARY 4
► Travis Sloan Estruch, 28, of Chapel Creek, Denver, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.

► Davin Lashawn Smith, 30, of Middle Road, Stony Point, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance.

FEBRUARY 5
► Sean Andrew Bullock, 34, of Windchime Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor assault on a female, and resist, delay or obstruct a public officer.

► Jared Quin Parker, 32, of Baker Street, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor assault on a female, and interfering with emergency communication.

FEBRUARY 6
► Parker Rafael DeJesus, 26, of no fixed address, charged with three counts of felony probation violation.

► Benjamin Joseph Pratt, 40, of Hideaway Lane, Mooresville, charged with larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses, and misdemeanor larceny of a motor vehicle.
