The Iredell County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

SEPTEMBER 26
► Johnny Ray Abee, 74, of Rimrock Road, Harmony, charged with possession of stolen goods.

► William Tyler Benge Jarvis, 35, of Mock Mill Road, Statesville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

► Wesley Thomas Johnson, 23, of J and M Lane, Taylorsville, charged with larceny.

► Daichi Okuma Sanford, 39, of Toucan Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 27
► Garland Edward Hartsoe II, 46, of Morlan Park Road, Salisbury, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

► Kristopher Wayne Robbins, 37, of Bristol, Conn., charged with felony probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 28
► Jerimey Eugene Bailey, 32, of West Bell Street, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

► Crystal Amanda Nance, 32, of Grier Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 29
► Christopher James Werner, 20, of Fairway Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

SEPTEMBER 30
► Brittney Nicole Hill, 29, of New Walker Town Road, Winston-Salem, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

► Anita Ann Hunnicutt, 42, of Blessing Lane, Mooresville, charged with medical assistance recipient fraud and misdemeanor food stamp fraud.

► James Vernell Jones, 36, of Woods Drive, Statesville, charged with conspiracy, and sex offender/fail to register with the sheriff's office.

► Brandon Taylor Knight, 26, of Dunlap Gate Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering, and two counts of larceny.

► Ann Marie Morel, 23, of Rita Avenue, Statesville, charged with food stamp fraud and misdemeanor medical assistance recipient fraud.

► Robert Lee Worley, 52, of Panther Hill Lane, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor stalking, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

► Dennis Bradley York, 36, of North Bost Street, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance.

OCTOBER 1
► Jean Marie Anderson, 37, of Street Rod Loop, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

► Kathryn Gwen Anderson, 40, of Silk and Tassel Row, Cleveland, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

► Devin Lee Bates, 32, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two counts of misdemeanor probation violation.

► Jesse James Hill, 43, of 5th Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to register with the sheriff's office.

► Dalton Marlow, 28, of Blackburn Bridge Road, Maiden, charged with possession of a stolen firearm, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order.

► Dennis Bradley York, 36, of North Bost Street, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

OCTOBER 2
► Kody Ray Beane, 25, of Firearms Lane, Taylorsville, charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

► Tremayne Da'Lee Daniels, 23, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with discharging a firearm into a occupied dwelling, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor discharging a firearm in the city.

► Dalton Marlow, 28, of East Main Street, Maiden, charged with purchase/possess a weapon by a person subject to domestic violence restrictions.

► Kisha Lashae Morgan, 28, of Firearms Lane, Taylorsville, charged with conspiracy, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

► Tawana Delores Williams, 47, of Elm Cove Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of larceny by employee.

OCTOBER 3
► Dylan Albert Rosado, 20, of Gethsemane Lane, Olin, charged with possess, receive or transfer stolen vehicles, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, possess or distribute a precursor chemical, three misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor resist, obstruct or delay an officer.
