Felony Arrests: March 2-6

FROM STAFF REPORTS

The Iredell County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

MARCH 2
William Anthony Feimster, 39, of Indian Hill Road, Union Grove, charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and larceny of a firearm.

Ashley Nicole Jennings, 25, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of a schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor probation violation.

Jonathan Lee Nichols, 29, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor probation violation.

Aaron Patrick Duard, 23, of Troy Mill Road, Hamptonville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and larceny of a firearm.

Matthew Charles Wesley, 31, of Twin Lakes Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

MARCH 3
Donzel Bernard Harper, 48, of Prosperity Place, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Julian Giavanni Johnson, 27, of Burnham Court, Winston-Salem, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a stolen firearm, misdemeanor possession of a schedule V controlled substance, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

MARCH 4

James Douglas Cartner, 43, of Vaughn Mill Road, Statesville, charged with stalking and misdemeanor violation of domestic violence protective order.

MARCH 5

James Ray Farris, 45, of Yellowstone Lane, Statesville, charged with sex offender/failure to notify sheriff of address change.

Michael Anthony Moss, 42, of 4th Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substances.

Christopher Brian Tucker, 44, of Eagle Rock, Va., charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, drug trafficking, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor transporting a dangerous weapon.

Lauren Anne Vassil, 27, of Ledord Road, Vale, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

MARCH 6
Alexander David Lange, 27, of Kerr Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
