4th annual Full Bloom Film Festival showcases array of diverse, international films

The 4th annual Full Bloom Film Festival will feature 87 films from 18 different countries.
Scheduled for September 13-15 at venues throughout Downtown Statesville, the event will showcase:
► 6 Narrative Features;
► 6 Documentary Features;
► 47 Short Narratives;
► 17 Short Documentaries; and
► 11 Animated Shorts
This year’s festival will have a thriller-themed “Midnight Movies” session, as well as a number of films made by North Carolina filmmakers, two VIP parties and more.
This year's festival features films from Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, India, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, Poland, Russian Federation, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States. This year’s festival will have a thriller-themed “Midnight Movies” session, as well as a number of films made by North Carolina filmmakers.

The festival kicks of Thursday, September 13, with a VIP Party at the Statesville Woman's Club. Friday's schedule Features a Party in the Alley. On Saturday, a panel of filmmakers will participate in a panel discussion at Mitchell Community College and the festival will conclude with a VIP Party at the Sharpe House.

Screening locations include Mitchell Community College's Shearer Hall, the Iredell Arts Council, Red Buffalo Brewing and Iredell Museums.

Ticket prices range from $10 to $130. To attend, simply pre-purchase a VIP Pass, Festival Pass, Friday/Saturday Day Pass, or a single screening ticket. Tickets can also be purchased at 104 S Center Street, Statesville. During the festival, single screening tickets are available at each venue.
