The Historic Sharpe House will host another murder mystery dinner on Friday, July 26.
Charlotte Murder Mystery Company returns to Downtown Statesville for one performance of "I Loathe a Parade" at the Statesville Civic Center. The event begins at 7 p.m.
The menu features pork barbecue, barbecued chicken, crab stuffed flounder, or a vegetarian option.
During the evening, actors will become potential killers, and the guests will help the detective solve the crime.
Former participants said they have really enjoyed past murder mysteries at the Sharpe House.
“I have attended several murder mystery dinners at the Historic Sharpe House, and it is always a wonderful experience. The food is always marvelous, served by English style footmen, who are always close by to take care of your every need. The mystery is always presented in a very professional and delightful way. I wouldn't miss it,” said Alice White.
