Coming Soon: The Scarlett O’Hara Complex
Special to SVLfreenews.com
Southern “Black Widows” Velma Barfield and Blanche Taylor Moore have been executed or are awaiting execution. Clara Harris ran her husband down in a hotel parking lot, and Lorena Bobbitt — well we all know how that ended!
In a small town in North Carolina, another good ol’ boy’s life may be in danger. Jenny McKenzie’s husband Earl is cheating again, and it’s trending on social media. Everyone has seen the texts and shocking photos.
Jenny’s friend Libby is sure Jenny is going to do “something stupid.” It’s up to Libby to convince their tight knit circle of girlfriends that “Jenny ain’t right” and that they have to stop her before she ends up killing her husband.
Has Jenny McKenzie gone crazy? Is she another husband killer like Blanche Taylor Moore or Clara Harris? Her friends, Libby, Mary Frances, and Cat just aren’t 100 percent sure.
In Jenny’s up-scale, small-town world, ladies are expected to keep quiet, serve their husbands and families. Divorce is simply not an option. Will Jenny just put it all behind her and move forward? How far will she go? What would Scarlett do?
