State recognizes Iredell telecommunicators for professionalism, service

The NC911 Board recently recognized several Iredell County telecommunicators for their handling of a call for service involving a West Iredell teenager who was kidnapped by his father and several accomplices on Feb. 25, 2017.
The telecommunicators were commended for their Professionalism, Outstanding Teamwork and Commitment to Public Safety.
