Felony Arrests: August 1-6

The Iredell County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

AUGUST 1
Lesa Proffitt Cline, 48, of Little Farm Road, Statesville, charged with five counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, and one count of misdemeanor larceny.

Andrew Joseph Shumate, 39, of Fleetwood, charged with being a fugitive from another state, ID theft, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

AUGUST 2
Eric Donnelle Cherry, 47, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with failure to register as a sex offender, exploiting the trust of a disabled/elderly person, attempting to obtain property by false pretenses, and three counts of misdemeanor obtaining property by false pretenses.

Jennifer Irene Peck, 38, of Desiree Drive, Statesville, charged with intimidating a witness.

Tyra Deneice Porter, 23, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

AUGUST 4
Brian Scott Branch, 37, of Ginger Lane, Mooresville, charged with manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the possession of controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Bradley Dale Earle, 32, of Iron Station, charged with possession of heroin, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Michael Lackey, 32, of no fixed address, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.

Jennifer Lee Thompson, 53, of Parker Avenue, Mooresville, charged with three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

AUGUST 5
Christopher Scott Owensby, 27, of Massey Deal Road, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor child abuse.

Nathan Clinton Smith, 40, of Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from another state.

Christopher Edward Stigall, 29, of York Farm Drive, Harmony, charged with larceny of a firearm.

AUGUST 6
Dwelon Andelle Edwards, 40, of Jersey City, N.J., charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
