Cultivation held a Plant-to-Plate Autumn Equinox Dinner at the Statesville Family YMCA on Friday evening. The five-course meal featured locally sourced ingredients, prepared by Chef Michael Spencer. The dinner benefits the YMCA's garden program, which promotes Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
