Sunday, Oct. 29

Fall Festival

Food, games, prizes, bounce house and more. Free and open to all.1-5 p.m., First Resurrection Church of God, 1010 Shelton Ave, Statesville.

Trunk or Treat

Event includes candy, hay rides, hot dogs, live music and more. Costumes are encouraged. Bring chairs and blankets for seating. 4-6:30 p.m., Stony Point United Methodist, 311 Ruritan Park Rd, Stony Point.

Fall Festival

Games, inflatables, face painting, candy tunnel, cake walk, hot dog supper and more. 5-7 p.m., Beulah Baptist Church, 1851 Old Mountain Rd, Statesville.

Light the Night Fall Festival

Event will feature local vendors, food trucks, games, bounce houses, obstacle courses, candy, door prizes, and more. For more information, contact info@agapefaith.com. 5:30-7:30 p.m., Agape Faith Church, 188 S Shady Rest Rd, Statesville.

Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat

Free fall festival with candy, games, prizes, and hot dogs. Candy will be given out trunk or treat style weather permitting. Activities will be moved to Fellowship Hall if weather does not cooperate. 4-6 p.m., Bible Baptist Church, 228 Gilbert Rd, Statesville.

Halloween Party and Costume Contest

Event includes "Story Traditions" presented by Sylvia Payne, trick-or-treat bag craft, costume contest, s'mores, prizes and more. Costume contest is open to all ages. Sponsored by the Town of Troutman. 4-6:30 p.m., Troutman Branch Library, 215 W Church St, Troutman.

Halloween Celebration

Costume Contest from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with trunk or treat and games from 5-8 p.m. 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Iredell Choral Society (ICS) Resale Shop, 833 N Center St, Statesville

Downtown Statesville Trick or Treat

It’s that time of year again when all the little ghosts and goblins converge on our downtown businesses to receive their treats. Trick-or-Treating will take place in the Downtown Business District. Participating businesses will give away candy to costumed kids. An orange pumpkin with the downtown logo will be displayed in the window of those businesses that are participating in this event. 4-6 p.m., Downtown Statesville, 112 S Center St, Statesville.

Trails and Treats

Wear your costume, and come trick-or-treat with local businesses on the paved walking trail within Troutman ESC Park. This is a free, safe, and family-friendly event for all ages and all community members.4-6 p.m., Troutman ESC Park, 338 North Ave., Troutman

Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat and free hot dog supper. Everyone is welcome. 6-8 p.m., Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 607 Bethlehem Rd, Statesville.

Fairview Baptist Trunk or Treat

Come out to Chick-fil-A Statesville for a safe, fun night of trunk or treating in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot. Hosted by Fairview Baptist Church. 5:30-7:30 p.m., Chick-fil-A, 228 Turnersburg Hwy, Statesville.
